CourseSpy $100 Cash Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

By leaving a review on CourseSpy between 12:00 AM on 16th of July 2025 and 11:59 PM on 31st July 2025 (Auckland, GMT+13), you will be entered into a random draw to win a $100 cash prize. Each review submitted within the promotion period counts as one entry.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years and older.
• Entrants must be currently enrolled at a New Zealand university, or have been enrolled in the past 5 years.
• Staff and owners of CourseSpy are not eligible for this promotion.

3. How to Enter

Submit a review of a university course or residential hall on CourseSpy between 16th July 2025 and 31st July 2025 (Auckland time).

• Each unique review qualifies as one entry. Multiple entries per person are allowed as long as each review is for a different course or residential hall.
• Reviews must be authentic and comply with CourseSpy’s Review Guidelines (click link to see these guidelines). Reviews removed for violating the Review Guidelines will not be eligible for entry.
• Reviews submitted while signed out of a CourseSpy account do not qualify as entries.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a $100 NZD cash prize.
• The prize will be awarded as an electronic bank transfer or another suitable payment method agreed upon with the winner.
• CourseSpy reserves the right to request proof of identity and enrollment before awarding the prize.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be randomly selected on 1st August 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the email address used to submit the review within three (3) business days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, CourseSpy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. General Terms

• By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• CourseSpy reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, including if circumstances arise outside its control.
• Any reviews found to be spam, inappropriate, or in violation of CourseSpy’s Review Guidelines will be disqualified from the promotion.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Personal information provided by participants will only be used for the purposes of this promotion. CourseSpy will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
